Project Cargo Weekly (PCW) is an e-newsletter that was first published in 2018. The editor-in-chief is Mr Bo H. Drewsen, an industry veteran with 40+ years of experience in shipping.

There was a market for an online news publication with a personal touch and interviews with people active in the business that wasn’t fulfilled and on top of that there was also a market available for a newsletter that was not overwhelmed with advertising and this was the gap that PCW was established to fill.

PCW now has over 40,000 newsletters recipients worldwide and it is published every Thursday year round except during Christmas and the summer month of July.

The newsletter focuses on personal interviews, a round up of shipping news, some trade intelligence for contracts entered into worldwide, wise words and featured photos and videos, enabling readers to get a quick, balance and non-biased view of the shipping world, in particular concerning project cargoes worldwide.

PCW belong to the CLC Projects Group of companies  (www.clcprojects.com) which is a professional shipping network covering some 240 members in 135 countries worldwide.  The group company is registered in Hong Kong and was originally formed in 2012 by 3 partners, with backgrounds in liner shipping, project freight management, surveying and maritime consultancy.

PCW allows advertising but it is restricted to four banner ads per issue in order to keep the newsletter different from many others and keep it informative. Download the PCW media kit.
